The company sought to prepare individual contributors to take up managerial responsibilities with confidence which involved a gamut of high-level tasks.
โYoung Professionals Programโ was designed to prepare individual contributors at B2 and C1 grades for their upcoming managerial roles. The focus of the program was to build managerial and leadership competencies that would enable them to perform well in their future roles.
The participants from pan India went through this program over a period of 2 months which included 2 self-paced business simulation-based courses along with other learning elements.
