The client wanted to develop the mindset and skills of 1441 of its senior, principal, and senior-principal consultants on
specific competencies. They needed to create a Learning journey which would be a holistic learning experience across their competencies. The ask was for an engaging, immersive, and contextualized curated VILT from KNOLSKAPEโs library and for expert facilitators to deliver immersive learning programs/self-paced courses that would focus on developing deep skills in the required areas of expertise.
As a solution, KNOLSKAPE designed a series of VILT(Virtual Instructor-led training) programs for the organizationโs L4,L5 and L6
consultants.
