The bank believes in strong and powerful leadership, but along with the power, a leader must build a personal brand for themselves and reflect the values of the organization. They wanted their leaders to demonstrate the shift in mindset from a Manager to Leader by increasing effectiveness in areas of delegation, development, transparency, performance, and engagement of diverse team members.
The client’s team in collaboration with KNOLSKAPE’s team designed and executed an eight-week blended learning journey, with a classroom session and seven VILTS. The journey comprised of three simulation-driven sessions (iLead, ChangeQuest and TrustSim), one expert banking seminar, 2 brown bags and one classroom session.ย
This simulation is designed to help participants build leadership capabilities by putting them in the role of a team manager. To succeed, participants are expected to use a variety of leadership styles in response to their team member’s needs, as well as tough situations, that emerge within the simulation.ย
This simulation helps participants bridge the gap between the theory and practice of influencing others. Participants must face and work around a range of challenges that include lack of formal authority, resistance to change and interpersonal dynamics between stakeholders within the virtual organization.ย
This simulation is designed to help participants explore ways of building trust with external stakeholders. The participant plays the role of an account manager who can win the next contract only by reaching a certain level of trust between the client and the participant’s virtual team.ย
