Overview
The client is a bank which specializes in small scale and microfinance style borrowing from and lending to its approximately 30 million retail clients through its over 8,600 branches, units, and rural service posts.

DDI wanted to help the client become home to the best talent. This idea was translated starting from the recruitment process, the talent selection process to become the next leader with
comprehensive development patterns. This included having a good succession planning pattern so that the guaranteed availability of leaders at every layer can be ensured.

For the client, KNOLSKAPE came up with the following two programs:
ยป TheโฏBRILian Future Leader Programโฏ(BFLP) is aโฏ Management Trainees (MT) program for new hires (mostly fresh graduates or with less than two years of working experience)
ยป Brilian Next Leader Program (BNLP) is a BFLP program for participants from within the organization & its subsidiaries employees (already hired as full-time/contract employees)
