Designing a Learning Journey Which is Engaging and Outcome-Oriented

KNOLSKAPE’s team collaborated with the client’s team toย design a 4-month engaging and outcome-oriented learningโ€ฏjourney focusing on competencies and needs identified to excel inโ€ฏtheir roles. Theโ€ฏbespokeโ€ฏlearning journeyโ€ฏentailedโ€‹:ย 

  • Self-assessmentsโ€‹, to gauge the participants learnings from the journey along the sessions.ย 
  • Facilitator-led sessions, case-studies, simulations and role-playsโ€‹ to make the sessions more interactive and highly simulating for the participants to keep them engaged.ย 
  • Group Coaching connects, which were organized intermittently, to encourage conversations, feedback and a healthy exchange of knowledge and opinions.ย ย
