Human Resource Business Partners in Need of Enhancing Their Data Skills

The organization acknowledges the importance of digital transformation and as a part of their ongoing data literacy program, they wanted to equip participants with skills to be able to read, analyze and utilize data efficiently for better productivity.ย

Customized Experiential Learning Session

KNOLSKAPE designed a 3-hour program for the employees in the companyโ€™s people function on storytelling through data. ย The workshop covered fundamental principles of data-based storytelling, techniques for finding and interpreting insights, and strategies for influencing decisions using data. The participants engaged in practical exercises, including a business simulation and case study analysis, to apply their learnings.ย

| KNOLSKAPEโ€™s Simulations Adding value to the Programย

The session was a highly simulated workshop with over 152 HRBPs joining from across the globe. It not only included a facilitator driven session on the importance of data-based storytelling but also a simulationplay to give the learners real-life experience of the theory. The case study-based discussion led to an insightful and energetic banter amongst the participants to share their perspectives on it.ย

| Data Visualization for Informed Decision Makingย

KNOLSKAPEโ€™s DataWhiz simulation placed participants in a virtual taskforce within an organization that was trying to regain lost business. Participants applied their skills and knowledge in using and presenting data in ways that helped the organization’s leadership take confident, informed strategic decisions. As participants exercised their choices within the simulation, they discovered tips and tricks that honed their skills as data visualizers.ย

| Facilitator-led Discussionย

To ensure the session was not a one-way presentation but an interactive discussion, KNOLSKAPEโ€™s expert and highly trained facilitators were onboarded for this program so that the learners feel included, and the entire 3-hour session is lively and insightful.ย

The Net Promoter Scores (NPS) collected from participants across four sessions indicate varying levels of satisfaction. Session 3 had the highest satisfaction with an NPS of 91, followed by Session 1 with 80, and Session 2 with 67.ย
