27 April, 2023: KNOLSKAPE has launched a simulation-based course called ‘Giving and Receiving Feedback’. It aims to provide a very important tool in the hands of every leader and professional to excel in the following ways:
The launch event comprised a panel discussion which was moderated by Dr. Ritwik Mishra, Senior Vice President, Consulting at KNOLSKAPE and hosted by Karuna Rabinder, General Manager, Facilitation and Customer Support, KNOLSKAPE. We had Dr. Jagatheesh Jayanand, Learning and Talent Development, Bosch India as the guest speaker to share his experiences and insights on the topic.
The event began with a quick overview of KNOLSKAPE’s offerings, industry perspective on giving and receiving feedback in organizations followed by the launch and walkthrough of the simulation, interactive Q&A with the audience and a poll to gauge the attendees’ perspectives on several aspects related to the topic.
