KNOLSKAPE launches the simulation-based course on ‘Giving and Receiving Feedback’

27 April, 2023: KNOLSKAPE has launched a simulation-based course called ‘Giving and Receiving Feedback’. It aims to provide a very important tool in the hands of every leader and professional to excel in the following ways: 

 

  • This course prepares the leaders and managers for receiving feedback by recognizing that feedback is an opportunity for learning and growth.  
  • The simulation promotes a growth mindset, emphasizes the value of feedback, and models the behavior they want to see in their team members.

The launch event comprised a panel discussion which was moderated by Dr. Ritwik Mishra, Senior Vice President, Consulting at KNOLSKAPE and hosted by Karuna Rabinder, General Manager, Facilitation and Customer Support, KNOLSKAPE. We had Dr. Jagatheesh Jayanand, Learning and Talent Development, Bosch India as the guest speaker to share his experiences and insights on the topic.
