A virtual instructor-led training (VILT) session is an online training session wherein instructors impart knowledge to a group of learners. VILT sessions have acquired massive popularity in recent years bringing together personalized and hands-on experiences for learners. ย Since a VILT is a two-way learning experience, learners get to learn in real time which further enables in retention of information.
The VILT session has been developed to help learners understand and manage their own emotions while being able to comprehend and influence the emotions of others.

The simulation offers learners a safe space to explore, experiment and experience real world scenarios within the simulation where failure has no permanent consequences โ except an โa-ha!โ moment for the learner!

- Experience a capsule-sized version of the content and frameworks within KNOLSKAPEโs Developing Emotional Intelligence at Work, with a facilitator. [30 minutes]
- Walkthrough of the simulation wherein the facilitator shows the attendees how to play the simulation. Followed by a chance to play the EI@Work simulation. [40 minutes]
- Debrief of the personalized report that attendees would be able to download post-completion of the simulation. [10 minutes]
- Open forum to ask questions w.r.t. KNOLSKAPEโs solutions. [5 minutes]
