December 15, 2022: KNOLSKAPE has been honored with silver and bronze awards for its learning programs for TATA Elxsi and Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) respectively in the recently concluded Brandon Hall Group Technology Excellence Awards 2022.


KNOLSKAPE won the Silver Award in the ‘Best Advance in Gaming or Simulation’ category for its Young Leads Program for TATA Elxsi. It was also the proud recipient of the Bronze Award 2022 in the same category for its ‘All Star Development Program’ delivered to MCMC.

Entries were evaluated by a panel of veteran, independent senior industry experts, Brandon Hall Group analysts and executives based on the following criteria:

  • Product: What is the product’s breakthrough innovation?
  • Unique differentiators: What makes the product unique and how does it differ from any competing products?
  • Value proposition: What problem does the product solve and/or what need does this product address?
  • Measurable results: What are the benefits customers can expect to experience as a result of using this product?


Rajagopalan S., Head HR, Tata Elxsi said, “It’s great to be recognized at the global level by the eminent jury of the prestigious Brandon Hall Group Awards 2022 in the ‘Best Advance in Gaming or Simulation Technology’ category. This is a great validation of the impact we’ve created for our young employees through the Young Leads program developed along with KNOLSKAPE. This win will inspire us to advance further in leveraging gamification and simulation to aid easier comprehension, knowledge retention and assessments for all our employees.”

The honor was special for the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission as it became only the 2nd Malaysian entity to win a Brandon Hall medal. Speaking about the win, Dr. Murugappan, Head, Human Capital Division of MCMC said, “MCMC’s participation in this award is a strong validation of our All-Star Program, a leadership program designed to develop leadership bench strength of MCMC leaders by inculcating necessary traits, drivers and competencies. The program features 9 virtual instructor-led sessions with digital simulations, action tasks and knowledge checks to strengthen learning applications and institutionalize digital leadership capabilities. This phased learning has provided the significant impetus for growth-based career development with intended ROI.”
