July 14, 2022– KNOLSKAPE has been declared among the top-3 Indian companies in the โ€˜Best Use of Games or Simulations in L&Dโ€™ and โ€˜Excellence in Learning Experienceโ€™ categories at the prestigious Future Skills Awards organized by the Economic Times. The experiential learning provider won the Silver Award in the Best Use of Games or Simulations in L&D category for Axis Bank and the Bronze Award in the Excellence in Learning Experience category for Kotak Mahindra Bank.ย

The Excellence in Learning Experience award has been conferred as a recognition of the most innovative and ground-breaking ways of engaging learners, creating and sharing knowledge, integrating learning and work, accelerating organizational learning, and generating business impact. Whereas, the Best Use of Games or Simulations in the L&D category recognized excellent use of gamification that has achieved a sustainable, measurable, and positive impact for learning.

Having received these awards for our learning programs for two of our marquee clients is a strong testament to KNOLSKAPEโ€™s objectives of building a strong learning ecosystem while measuring leadership behaviors and key competencies in future leaders. Rajiv Jayaraman, Founder & CEO, KNOLSKAPE, said on the occasion, โ€œIt’s great to be recognized by the eminent jury and ET HR for the prestigious Future Skills award in two categories for the path-breaking work we’ve done with Kotak Bank and Axis Bank. This is a great validation of the impact we’ve been creating in the future skills area, as part of our mission to help organizations and leaders become future ready through experiential learning.”

Aroti Akash Tugnait, Deputy Vice President, L&OD at Axis Bank, added, โ€œAbsolutely thrilled with the news! Building Future Skills at Scale at Kotak Mahindra Bank

The Learning Experience titled โ€œThe DREAM (Digital Readiness Enabler and Awareness Measurement) Projectโ€ was created to cover a population of over 7000 Leaders across Grade M4-M10. The objective was to increase the Digital Dexterity of the Leaders. The initiative was kickstarted with Stakeholder Analysis (Leadership Listening) to understand the environment that the Bank was operating in. Basis these conversations, key priorities and most challenging obstacles were zeroed down on.

The DREAM Program used gamified simulations as an approach to measuring Digital Awareness. The Digital Transformation Champion Simulation has been used for the Digitally Fit Leaders of the Bank.

Axis Leadership Academy: Building a Leadership Ecosystem

AXIS Bank developed a “leadership playbook” to enable leaders to transform their organizations with a common language of leadership and capabilities. The objective was to build a leadership ecosystem as a distinctive cultural pillar across various levels of the organization. To build awareness of senior leadership to the leadership playbook, identify the strength and weaknesses, and select the focus areas to build capability, the โ€œLeadership Signature Programโ€ was launched as a critical component of the AXIS Leadership Academy.

KNOLSKAPEโ€™s Leadership Signature Program with Axis aimed to measure the capability of the leaders on the 5 components of the Leadership Ecosystem, namely- Leadership Mindset, Synergize to Out-perform, Every-day Leadership, Shaping the Future, and Sharp Focus on Sustainability. During the facilitated sessions, the participants appreciated the engaging sessions owing to their interactivity and gamified simulations. The overall average simulation feedback is 90% which indicates that the participants thoroughly enjoyed the simulations.

Over the last 4 years, KNOLSKAPE has been breaking new grounds on digital readiness and these accreditations show we are heading in the right direction. The team is thankful to the jury and the organizers of the ETHR Future Skills Awards for the recognition and acknowledgment.
