As the industry thought leader, KNOLSKAPE showcased a wide range of new age solutions that incorporated Artificial Intelligence, Gamification, Simulations, Virtual Reality and Mobile solutions. In addition to the solution showcase, Sethu M. (SVP Growth at KNOLSKAPE) and Priya Mehta (AVP Organizational Capability (L&D) from Kotak Life Insurance), presented a joint case study covering a highly successful leadership development initiative. Along with walking the audience through the solution design, the presentation emphasized the tangible business impact of the learning intervention, which resulted in record revenue growth for the division.
